As of Monday morning, the novel coronavirus has infected more than 14,508,892 people across 188 countries and territories, resulting in at least 606,206 deaths. In the U.S., all 50 states plus the District of Columbia have reported confirmed cases of COVID-19, tallying more than 3,773,260 illnesses and at least 140,534 deaths.

Here's a look at the 10 states with the most cases: 

1. New York: 406,807 cases

2. California: 386,906 cases

3. Florida: 350,047 cases

4. Texas: 335,257 cases

5. New Jersey: 176,783 cases

6. Illinois: 162,750 cases

7. Arizona: 143,624 cases

8. Georgia: 143,129 cases

9. Massachusetts: 113,534 cases

10. Pennsylvania: 105,384 cases

Here's a look at the top 10 states with the most deaths: 

1. New York: 32,495 deaths

2. New Jersey: 15,706 deaths

3. Massachusetts: 8,431 deaths

4. California: 7,715 deaths

5. Illinois: 7,488 deaths

6. Pennsylvania: 7,022 deaths

7. Michigan: 6,366 deaths

8. Florida: 4,982 deaths

9. Connecticut: 4,396 deaths

10. Texas: 4,012 deaths
