New Luceplan gives even, non-irritating light – due to special lenses.

The Italian company Luceplan, the flagship in the production of lamps, has made a name for itself not only (and not so much) on design, but on technological innovations. Behind the main novelty of this fall is a philosophical subtext. But about him later. After all, the most interesting thing in this work is the innovative filling.

The light source is a diode covered with a special lens. It is made of glass with mineral components, which gives an extra wide angle of dispersion. This light is distributed evenly, it will never hit the eyes. Soft, moderately bright, it creates an exceptionally comfortable environment for the eye. The shape of the plafond is thought out in such a way as to enhance this effect.

In addition, the laconic design of the model corresponds to the concept already laid down in its name: Koinè, translated from ancient Greek, is a language understandable to everyone and everyone. The Koinè lamp can also be considered universal, it will fit into any interior, regardless of style and other filling elements. The combination of idea and technological innovation is the fruit of the work of the independent Milanese design bureau Mandalaki, and corresponds to its author's credo. The designer portfolio is filled not only with furniture and interior items, but also with industrial design objects, including revolutionary electric cars and micro-sized living modules.

The model is available in different colors, from neutral to bright (for example, red), as well as in three options for the diameter of the shade. The largest is 110 cm. Especially for the contract sector, a version with sound absorption is produced: the ceiling is made from recycled felt.
