House with an area of 326 sq. meters is a complex of snow-white geometric volumes, asymmetrically located one above the other. The architect used the characteristics of the buildings already in the area to make the building 'another house in the neighborhood'.
The building is organized as a series of spaces that starts on the street in a public area and ends in a private garden with a swimming pool, which is located between the main building and a small relaxation pavilion. Floating the volumes should create a sense of play and intrigue the incoming.
The entrance area from the street side is marked with a beam that runs along the entire facade at a height of just over two meters. It symbolizes the beginning of a private space & mdash; in front of the entrance to the house there is a spacious atrium, partly open, partly covered with a canopy, under which you can park your car.
On a white background, the entrance wooden door stands out, which invites you to enter. The multi-level interior spaces are connected by a staircase crowned with a skylight: it provides the space with natural light throughout the year, which, due to its construction, directs it to the center of the house.
< p>The main public areas, including the living room, dining room and kitchen, open onto the garden. “ Transitional '' the space is a spacious covered gallery. Sliding glass doors and large windows link the interior and green space & mdash; as opposed to the almost “ deaf '' a street-side façade that provides privacy to residents.
