A 31-story tower with residential apartments and a boutique hotel designed by Zaha Hadid Architects will appear in the resort town of Paceville
August 6, 2018
Mercury Tower designed by Zaha Hadid Architects will be part of the renovation of Paceville on Malta's east coast. Over the past half century, the city has become one of the largest tourist and entertainment centers in the country.
31-storey building with an area of 9405 sq. meters will include residential apartments (9 floors of the building) and a 19-storey boutique hotel, facing the Mediterranean Sea. The first level of the tower will be integrated into the existing urban context: cafes, shops will be located here, and a large-scale public space will be organized at the foot.
